What you will do
- Advise enterprise customers on agent design, personas, conversation flows, tool integrations, and voice customization
- Guide deployment and scaling of AI agents across web, mobile, and telephony platforms
- Analyze agent performance data and conversational logs to identify optimization opportunities
- Own expansion outcomes and net revenue retention across a portfolio of enterprise accounts
- Identify and drive cross-sell and multi-product adoption opportunities
- Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to convert technical success into revenue growth
Requirements
- 1-3 years of Customer Success or Account Management experience with complex B2B SaaS, Developer Tools, or AI/ML products
- Proven track record of driving revenue outcomes including quota ownership and cross-sell/renewals
- Experience building and deploying AI agents and familiarity with API integrations and SDKs
- Strong problem-solving, technical, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to operate within US timezones (ET, CT, MT, PT)
