What you will do

• Develop, implement, and monitor Customer Due Diligence (CDD) models with cross-functional partners.
• Apply advanced analytics techniques, including models, algorithms, and statistical methods to solve complex business problems.
• Guide junior and medior team members in problem-solving and technical skill development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify challenges and improve existing models and processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in advanced analytics and modelling with large data sets.
• Proficiency in Python, PySpark, and Spark.
• Academic degree (MSc / PhD) in Data Science, Econometrics, Mathematics, or Engineering (or equivalent).
• Excellent verbal and communication skills in English.
• Pro-active, customer-centric, and can-do mentality to make a difference in fighting economic crime.
• Ability to convey technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with Azure Databricks.
• Experience with Agile working.
