What you will do

• Raise awareness for UX principles and design thinking processes amongst product owners and program leads.
• Consult product teams on the proper implementation of UX methods and UX designers into their workflows.
• Facilitate workshops to drive innovation and coach teams in user-centric methodologies.
• Co-Design a consistent, user-friendly, and efficient UX across multiple platforms.
• Initiate user research, usability testing, and analytics to optimize product experience.
• Plan and simulate end-to-end user journeys ensuring security, accessibility, and privacy.

Requirements

• BA/MA in Design, UX, Product-Design or related fields.
• Extensive Design & UX consulting experience.
• Background in digital transformation programs, start-ups, or agencies as strategist, account manager, or consultant.
• Strong understanding of corporate processes and ability to lead stakeholder decision-making.
• Empathy for end-users and anticipation of their needs, combined with creative problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English and German.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of digital design tools (Miro, Figma), atomic design principles, and design systems.
