Data Developer (Life Sciences): Developing and maintaining scalable data pipelines using Azure Synapse Analytics/ADF and Azure Databricks, supporting analytics initiatives across clinical, regulatory, and commercial domains. Focus on integrating data from ERP systems like Salesforce and SAP into analytic-ready formats, and enabling advanced analytics and machine learning initiatives through clean, reliable data.

Location: Required to be on-site minimum 3 days a week with flexible work timing overlapping with US time.

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and secure data pipelines using Azure Synapse Analytics/ADF, and Azure Databricks.
• Develop curated datasets for clinical, regulatory, and commercial analytics using SQL and PySpark.
• Create and support dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand data needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Work closely with ERP teams to integrate and transform business-critical data into analytic-ready formats.
• Partner with Data Scientists to enable advanced analytics and machine learning initiatives by providing clean, reliable, and well-structured data.

Requirements

• At least 2+ years of experience in data world.
• Proven track record of successful Azure Synapse projects and initiatives.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in SQL.
• 2–3 years of experience in cloud technologies.
• Excellent communication skills (English).
