Location: Must be based in Buenos Aires, Argentina

What you will do

  • Integrate data from various sources into executive and operational dashboards, ensuring data quality and setting alerts.
  • Deliver prioritized recommendations for sales teams, including owners, deadlines, and expected impact.
  • Design the price and investment architecture, manage gross-to-net calculations, and measure uplift/ROI.
  • Orchestrate sales-planning cycles, provide decision support on price/volume/mix, and manage the value chain.
  • Maintain the technical relationship with partners and key customers, aligning with various internal teams.
  • Track and report revenue, sales, distribution, and execution KPIs, publishing weekly/monthly scorecards.

Requirements

  • +6 years of experience in RGM/BI/FP&A/Category in FMCG, ideally beverages/retail.
  • Hands-on experience with Nielsen/Scantech/PSA; plus for ABI/BEES data.
  • Advanced skills in Excel and Power BI; knowledge of SQL/Python is a plus.
  • Native Spanish and advanced English proficiency.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and team leadership skills.
  • Skilled in building and delivering presentations.
