What you will do
- Deliver world-class customer service by managing and responding to support tickets within established SLAs.
- Follow troubleshooting procedures and apply information from multiple tools to diagnose and resolve problems.
- Coordinate internally with other teams to provide feedback, identify trends, and help resolve escalated issues.
- Monitor client-facing tools and stay updated with client directives.
- Employ critical thinking skills to make sound business decisions for clients and users.
- Assist in the creation of knowledge base articles and support team development.
Requirements
- One year or more customer service experience required.
- Written fluency in English and Ukrainian language required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software and comfortable with computers for initial troubleshooting.
- Ability to maintain composure in stressful, high-paced environments and meet deadlines.
- Ability to sit at a workstation for extended periods and type at a minimum speed of 45 wpm.
Nice to have
- Some online game knowledge and experience.
- Knowledge of Accounts tickets and ability to troubleshoot them independently.
