TL;DR

Customer Support Agent (Ukrainian): Delivering world-class customer service by managing and responding to support tickets within established SLAs, focusing on first-call resolution and troubleshooting issues. Focus on employing critical thinking skills to make sound judgment calls and collaborating internally to resolve escalated issues.

Location: Hybrid in Bellevue, WA. Must work a hybrid schedule, two in-office days per week.

Salary: $23.00–$25.50 USD/hour for Washington State candidates.

What you will do

  • Deliver world-class customer service by managing and responding to support tickets within established SLAs.
  • Follow troubleshooting procedures and apply information from multiple tools to diagnose and resolve problems.
  • Coordinate internally with other teams to provide feedback, identify trends, and help resolve escalated issues.
  • Monitor client-facing tools and stay updated with client directives.
  • Employ critical thinking skills to make sound business decisions for clients and users.
  • Assist in the creation of knowledge base articles and support team development.

Requirements

  • One year or more customer service experience required.
  • Written fluency in English and Ukrainian language required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software and comfortable with computers for initial troubleshooting.
  • Ability to maintain composure in stressful, high-paced environments and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to sit at a workstation for extended periods and type at a minimum speed of 45 wpm.

Nice to have

  • Some online game knowledge and experience.
  • Knowledge of Accounts tickets and ability to troubleshoot them independently.
