What you will do
- Develop and strengthen relationships with hirify.global’s Premium Client Group to enhance client longevity and trading volumes.
- Secure and grow premium clients by demonstrating a clear point of difference in experience, market knowledge, and personal focus.
- Achieve sales targets for premium client acquisition and retention.
- Act as a trusted adviser to premium clients on market and trading-related matters.
- Maintain client interest in trading markets through regular dissemination of market analysis and trade opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal departments and assist in planning and executing client events.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally in a phone sales environment or dealing with high net worth clients.
- Detailed understanding of financial markets, financial investments, and various trading strategies.
- RG146 Financial Services General Advice qualification.
- Experience with MetaTrader 4 and cTrader software.
- Excellent relationship building, customer service, influencing, and communication skills.
- Ability to travel throughout Australia (and overseas ad hoc) as required.
