TL;DR

Enterprise Account Manager (Edtech): Protecting, growing, and maximizing the lifetime value of strategic B2B clients in the Turkish market with an accent on comprehensive retention and growth strategies, contract negotiations, and C-level relationship management. Focus on defining best practices for account management, exceeding renewal and expansion targets, and mitigating client risks.

Location: Remote (Istanbul, Turkey). Must be based in Istanbul, Turkey.

What you will do

  • Own a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts, developing and executing comprehensive retention and growth plans.
  • Create and document the Enterprise Account Management Playbook and best practices for scalable account management.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets for renewal and expansion revenue.
  • Masterfully navigate existing enterprise organizations to identify evolving needs and continuously demonstrate hirify.global's value to senior/C-level executives.
  • Drive the renewal process, successfully negotiating multi-year contracts and securing major upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Serve as the client's internal champion, mitigating risks and maintaining impeccable data quality in the CRM with accurate forecasts.

Requirements

  • Native in Turkish and fully proficient in English (C1/C2 level) for clear business communication.
  • 6+ years of total sales and account management experience, with at least 2+ years of proven success managing, retaining, and expanding large accounts specifically within the Enterprise segment.
  • Demonstrable track record of consistently achieving or exceeding renewal and upsell quotas.
  • Demonstrated ability to build, maintain, and deepen trusted relationships with senior line-of-business and C-level executives.
  • Possess a true Growth and Retention Mentality with solid strategic DNA, a proactive entrepreneurial spirit, and an appetite for continual learning.

  • Experience engaging with HR & Learning Development teams.
  • Prior sales experience in the learning, e-learning, HR software, or well-being industry.
  • Prior experience working at a fast-growing startup.
  • Previous experience working in a remote & distributed team.
