Location: This role can be remote within the United States or onsite in Mountain View or Seattle, US.

Salary: $167,400 - $262,025 USD (Annual, depending on geographic pay zone within the US)

What you will do

• Lead complex, cross-company initiatives for the hirify.global Learning Platform and Community ecosystem.
• Partner with engineering and design to define scalable platform architectures for personalized learning experiences.
• Establish success metrics and drive data-informed solutions to improve customer engagement, learning adoption, and satisfaction.
• Collaborate across Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing, and Data Science.
• Champion the customer experience, ensuring frictionless and personalized learning and community touchpoints.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on AI-driven learning and community engagement strategies.

Requirements

• Technical Depth: 10+ years of experience designing and building enterprise-grade platforms (cloud, data, ecosystem).
• Deep understanding of Community platforms and AI/ML technologies.
• Strong drive for product design and delivery, balancing strategic vision and technical execution.
• Proven ability to influence and align leaders across multiple functions with executive presence.
• Outstanding communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple projects.
