Senior Software Engineer, Backend (AI Acceleration)

Salary: $186,065–$218,900 USD (Base annual salary, includes bonus eligibility + equity eligibility + benefits)

What you will do

• Partner with teams to identify high-leverage opportunities for AI automation and translate business challenges into AI use cases.
• Apply GenAI techniques, LLMs, and Agentic AI to design, build, and iterate on functional prototypes (e.g., AI agents, custom copilots).
• Write high-quality, well-tested code in Python and Golang to support AI solutions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to evolve prototypes into scalable, secure, production-grade AI solutions.
• Ensure AI solutions adhere to strict security, privacy, and ethical guidelines.
• Continuously research and experiment with emerging AI models, tools, and industry best practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 6 months focused on applied AI, Generative AI, or intelligent automation.
• Proven expertise in designing, building, scaling, and maintaining production services with microservices architecture.
• Strong technical skills in system design, coding, and debugging complex technical issues.
• Understanding of LLM capabilities, limitations, and architectures (e.g., RAG, agents, fine-tuning concepts).
• Hands-on experience with AI tools and platforms (e.g., enterprise LLMs like Gemini/Claude, LangChain/LangGraph, Python).
• Strong understanding of data privacy, security, and ethical considerations related to AI.

Nice to have

• Prior experience building or implementing AI agents or advanced workflow automation solutions.
• Prior experience building production ML/AI systems.
• Prior crypto or fintech domain experience.
