Location: Hybrid role in Newcastle, New South Wales, Australia with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote. Must reside within commutable distance of Newcastle. Must have full working rights in Australia without requiring sponsorship.
Salary: $28.12-28.64 AUD/hour DOE

What you will do
- Provide professional support to hirify.global customers via telephone, email, and chat.
- Research, clarify, and resolve customer issues, providing solutions and alternatives.
- Accurately verify details on regulatory documents and record interactions in Service Cloud (SFDC).
- Analyze and report product malfunctions, escalating customer complaints as needed.
- Gather customer feedback and share it with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.
- Contribute to team KPIs and objectives, assisting in training junior Customer Support Representatives.
Requirements
- Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- Working PC knowledge, Windows preferred, and related applications (IT industry is an advantage).
- Ability to learn online software systems and apply new information or skills.
- Interpersonal skills, problem analysis, and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail, accuracy, adaptability, and self-motivation.
