Location: Remote in Australia or Singapore, with required regional travel.

What you will do

• Work with strategic users on onboarding, production launches, and POCs.
• Provide architectural, technical, and migration guidance.
• Lead projects, escalations, and meetings for user/customer success.
• Oversee L3 Support Cases and Escalations with the Support L1/L2 team.
• Partner with Product Management, Engineering, and Sales to develop the roadmap and account plans.
• Develop Docs, Knowledge Base articles, hirify.global Learning, Reference Architecture, and QA needs.

Requirements

• 5+ years in Technical Account Management, Professional Services, Senior Support, and/or Project Management roles.
• 5+ years of experience implementing, operating, and/or supporting scalable, fault-tolerant, distributed database management systems (DBMS).
• Technical knowledge in DBMS, OLAP, Cloud/SaaS platforms, distributed systems, Linux/Unix, Kubernetes, System or Network Administration, and big data.
• Experience leading technical projects in collaboration with engineers.
• Expertise with a public cloud provider (AWS, GCP, Azure) and their infrastructure as a service offering (e.g. EC2).
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork abilities.
