TL;DR

Sales Executive (Adtech): Owns and grows agency relationships and drives advertising revenue across hirify.global’s media products with an accent on prospecting, pitching, and closing integrated, multi-platform campaigns. Focus on new business development with target list management in a fast-moving sports media environment.

Location: Hybrid, based in Madrid, Spain

What you will do

  • Own agency & brand relationships as the primary contact; keep the pipeline moving from prospecting to close.
  • Develop new business in priority categories; tie proposals to sports moments and client objectives.
  • Design and pitch integrated solutions (OTT/Linear, sponsorships, branded content, social, programmatic) with cross‑functional partners.
  • Drive operational excellence with disciplined CRM, reliable forecasting, and proactive issue resolution with Ad Ops.
  • Collaborate for impact by creating sales collateral and sharing market intelligence, win/loss learnings, and category playbooks.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years' experience in a commercial or sales-oriented environment.
  • Experience in TV/OTT/digital media sales, closing integrated campaigns; agency‑savvy, consultative approach.
  • Commercial instincts: smart pricing/packaging, confident upsell/cross‑sell, solid deal structuring.
  • Ops & data discipline: clean CRM/forecast, reads CPM/reach/frequency, works with Ad Ops to keep delivery on track.

Nice to have

  • Sports sponsorships & branded content: rights‑holder coordination, IP use, and talent‑led activations.
  • Programmatic & measurement: programmatic buying and audience targeting; familiarity with measurement, verification, and brand‑lift/attention studies.
  • Local network & industry presence: active ES agency/advertiser relationships; contributes to category playbooks and attends industry events.
