What you will do
- Own agency & brand relationships as the primary contact; keep the pipeline moving from prospecting to close.
- Develop new business in priority categories; tie proposals to sports moments and client objectives.
- Design and pitch integrated solutions (OTT/Linear, sponsorships, branded content, social, programmatic) with cross‑functional partners.
- Drive operational excellence with disciplined CRM, reliable forecasting, and proactive issue resolution with Ad Ops.
- Collaborate for impact by creating sales collateral and sharing market intelligence, win/loss learnings, and category playbooks.
Requirements
- 2-3 years' experience in a commercial or sales-oriented environment.
- Experience in TV/OTT/digital media sales, closing integrated campaigns; agency‑savvy, consultative approach.
- Commercial instincts: smart pricing/packaging, confident upsell/cross‑sell, solid deal structuring.
- Ops & data discipline: clean CRM/forecast, reads CPM/reach/frequency, works with Ad Ops to keep delivery on track.
Nice to have
- Sports sponsorships & branded content: rights‑holder coordination, IP use, and talent‑led activations.
- Programmatic & measurement: programmatic buying and audience targeting; familiarity with measurement, verification, and brand‑lift/attention studies.
- Local network & industry presence: active ES agency/advertiser relationships; contributes to category playbooks and attends industry events.
