What you will do

• Own the Product Vision & Strategy for Core Reporting Services, aligning with company objectives.
• Lead Roadmap Development, prioritizing initiatives for customer value, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
• Partner with Engineering to deliver scalable, resilient, and secure reporting platforms.
• Define Data Strategy for enterprise transactional data in Snowflake, ensuring data lifecycle maintenance.
• Ensure Compliance & Accuracy in all reporting outputs, meeting international standards.
• Enhance Customer Experience through intuitive, self-service reporting tools and APIs.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years within fintech, payments, or enterprise SaaS.
• Proven track record delivering data-intensive, high-availability products or platforms.
• Strong knowledge of payments infrastructure, transaction data flows, and compliance reporting requirements.
• Understanding about data architecture, BI tools, and API-driven reporting systems.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to align executives and technical teams.
• Experience building and scaling global products with regional/local compliance adaptations.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on data accuracy, governance, and usability.
