What you will do
- Own the Product Vision & Strategy for Core Reporting Services, aligning with company objectives.
- Lead Roadmap Development, prioritizing initiatives for customer value, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
- Partner with Engineering to deliver scalable, resilient, and secure reporting platforms.
- Define Data Strategy for enterprise transactional data in Snowflake, ensuring data lifecycle maintenance.
- Ensure Compliance & Accuracy in all reporting outputs, meeting international standards.
- Enhance Customer Experience through intuitive, self-service reporting tools and APIs.
Requirements
- 10+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years within fintech, payments, or enterprise SaaS.
- Proven track record delivering data-intensive, high-availability products or platforms.
- Strong knowledge of payments infrastructure, transaction data flows, and compliance reporting requirements.
- Understanding about data architecture, BI tools, and API-driven reporting systems.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to align executives and technical teams.
- Experience building and scaling global products with regional/local compliance adaptations.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on data accuracy, governance, and usability.
