Execution & Enablement Manager (Fintech): Driving operational excellence across hirify.global’s Payins network and leading the end-to-end process of introducing new payment methods and enhancing existing solutions with an accent on strategic partner relationships, cost optimization, and increasing approval rates. Focus on resolving business and technical blockers, negotiating commercial terms, and ensuring seamless merchant go-lives.

Location: Remote globally. This role focuses on Chile and Peru operations. For non-IT roles in Montevideo, Uruguay, 55% monthly office attendance is required.

What you will do

• Own day-to-day operational relationships for assigned partners, including onboarding and go-live readiness.
• Coordinate root-cause investigations and remediation with partners and internal teams.
• Negotiate pricing, SLAs, and commercial terms with partners; enable partner features and new payment flows.
• Provide hands-on enablement and hypercare for merchant integrations and go-lives.
• Analyze rejection reasons, partner performance, and routing to optimize approvals and reduce costs.
• Maintain and drive the Partners Health Matrix; report progress and outcomes to stakeholders.

Requirements

• 4–6+ years in payments/fintech operations, partner/processor or issuing and acquiring management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
• Fluency in English.
• Proven ability to negotiate pricing, SLAs, and commercial agreements with partners.
• Strong understanding of payment flows and operations (APIs, webhooks, credentials, routing, settlement, reconciliation).
• Data-driven mindset with strong root-cause analysis skills, proficient with Excel/Sheets.
• Working knowledge of scheme mandates, fines processes, and operational compliance (AML/KYC considerations).

Nice to have

• Experience with card schemes and APMs.
• Proficiency with SQL or BI tools.
• Experience working with AI tools or automations.
