Senior Growth Marketing Manager (AI): Developing and executing account-based marketing strategies to capture and create demand in the North American market with an accent on complex attribution models, pipeline influence, and account-level engagement. Focus on refining channel selection, setting aggressive targets, and pioneering new tactics in the AI and SaaS space to accelerate deal velocity and increase ACV.
Location: Core in-office days in our NYC (Tribeca) office are Tuesdays-Thursdays, and it is expected that folks will be in the office a minimum of 2 days per week during core days.
Salary: $124,168.00 - $170,000.00 base salary per year

What you will do
- Architect the ABM engine for hirify.global in North America beyond standard lead generation.
- Own the NA growth marketing strategy as the "Subject Matter Expert".
- Master complex attribution by analyzing user journeys including impressions, views, and social interactions.
- Optimize the full stack across Paid Search (Google), Display (6sense), and Paid Social (LinkedIn, YouTube, Meta).
- Act as the strategic bridge between the Global Digital Team and Regional Sales/Marketing.
- Modernize performance measurement through account-level engagement, pipeline influence, and multi-touch attribution models.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Performance Marketing within B2B SaaS or high-growth AI environments.
- Deep familiarity with the 6sense ecosystem.
- Data-obsessed and creative-minded.
- A systems thinker who looks at Pipeline Velocity, Account Penetration, and Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) vs. LTV.
