What you will do

  • Lead engagement with top media agencies, visiting them daily to strengthen relationships and unlock new revenue streams.
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities in priority categories, aligning proposals with sports moments and client objectives.
  • Design and deliver integrated advertising solutions (OTT/Linear, sponsorships, branded content, social, programmatic) in partnership with internal teams.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasting and ensure operational excellence with sellers and Account Managers.
  • Share market insights, create category playbooks, and represent hirify.global at industry events.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in media sales with a proven track record of closing large, integrated campaigns.
  • Deep agency network in Spain, with the ability to navigate complex structures and secure decision-maker access.
  • Expertise in commercial acumen, including pricing, packaging, upselling, and structuring deals for maximum yield.
  • Strong operational rigor, including CRM habits, forecasting accuracy, and collaboration with Ad Ops.
  • Strategic mindset to tie proposals to sports moments and client KPIs.
  • Resume in English required and parts of the recruitment process will be in English.
