What you will do

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans for a specific region and accounts.
• Be the primary point of contact for valued partners and customers, supporting their ongoing needs.
• Identify, qualify, and build a pipeline of leads and project opportunities.
• Partner with your portfolio to build, revise, and support partner plans for growth.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams on targeted campaigns and events.
• Report on quarterly sales goals.

Requirements

• Certificate or bachelor's degree in business or a related discipline, or relevant experience.
• Proven experience in developing and driving strategic sales plans for accounts.
• Demonstrated experience in managing complex and high-profile customers in a sales-focused role.
• Proficient knowledge and understanding of the security industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Enterprise technical selling skills.
• Must be based in Perth and available for domestic and some international travel.
