TL;DR

Location: Hybrid in New York, with in-office collaboration expected Tuesday through Thursday.

What you will do

  • Proactively identify and qualify new business leads through targeted outreach and networking.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and generate regular reports on key performance metrics.
  • Achieve quarterly revenue targets through acquiring new accounts and growing existing ones.
  • Conduct in-depth market research on industry trends, competitor landscape, and emerging technologies.
  • Apply strong foundational cybersecurity knowledge to explain hirify.global’s value proposition to customers.

Requirements

  • A minimum of two years of outbound B2B sales experience selling complex software.
  • Minimum one year of closing experience with a track record of strong performance.
  • Confident, polished communicator with a proven ability to build strong professional relationships.
  • Strong discovery and value-selling skillset.
  • Proficiency in sales tools such as ZoomInfo, Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Salesforce.
  • Understanding of basic pipeline management concepts and time-management.
  • Ability to collaborate with technical teams.

  • Past success selling into a highly regulated market is strongly preferred.
