What you will do
- Manage data from raw format to comprehensive dashboards for data storytelling and decision making.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and engineering teams to make data-driven decisions through split tests.
- Explore data for new insights and recommendations to improve marketing strategies.
- Participate in company-wide analytics initiatives to advance analytical capabilities.
- Integrate and implement solutions with marketing and engineering departments.
Requirements
- Experience in marketing analytics with understanding of marketing channels.
- Track record of driving business decisions and impact.
- Strong SQL skills, particularly in reference to Databricks.
- Experience with analytical and data tooling such as Python, Tableau, Git, and dbt.
- Understanding of data engineering concepts and practices.
- Exposure to Data Science methodologies and a desire to learn more about AI/ML.
