What you will do

• Lead the research, design, and implementation of advanced AI models, LLM-based solutions, and quantitative strategies for asset financing.
• Build new functionality for trade capture, automate interest/fee calculations, and optimize pricing, collateral management, and trading strategies.
• Conduct in-depth quantitative research into market microstructure and new data sources.
• Develop robust, scalable, and production-ready AI models and tools, overseeing their entire lifecycle.
• Partner with desks, sales, technology, risk management, and operations teams to integrate AI and LLM capabilities.
• Act as a subject matter expert in AI, LLMs, and quantitative finance, and mentor junior strategists.

Requirements

• Advanced degree (Master’s or Ph.D.) in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Financial Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative discipline.
• 5–10+ years of experience in quantitative finance or high-tech, with a proven track record of applying advanced AI techniques to real-world problems.
• Expert-level programming proficiency in Python (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Strong experience with LLM frameworks and big data technologies.
• Hands-on experience with agentic AI/MCP design and implementation.
• Deep understanding of asset financing, collateral management, financial markets, and the broader securities financing ecosystem.

• Experience with documentation digitalization and workflow automation.
• Demonstrated ability to drive the adoption of AI/LLM solutions that reduce operational costs and enhance client experience.
