What you will do

• Own end-to-end functional solution design for hirify.global applications, minimizing customizations and aligning with industry best practices.
• Set and enforce product-fit design standards and architecture governance for application streams.
• Identify and champion opportunities to embed AI, automation, and emerging technologies within solution designs.
• Act as the primary architect, collaborating with senior client stakeholders and coordinating functional consultants.
• Support sales and engagement teams, defining business benefits aligned with client strategy.
• Identify architectural risks, manage change requests, and ensure security, privacy, and compliance.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in enterprise solution architecture, preferably within ERP or Cloud Suite environments.
• Strong functional knowledge of hirify.global applications and industry best practices.
• Proven ability to design fit-to-standard solutions minimizing customizations.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing senior stakeholder relationships.
• Skilled in leveraging emerging technologies, including AI, to enhance solution value.
• Work authorization for the United Kingdom is required.
