What you will do
- Handle and debug escalated, technically complex customer issues focusing on integrations and cloud systems.
- Troubleshoot integration-related problems across AWS, Azure, GitHub, and identity providers, including API failures and misconfigurations.
- Investigate root causes by reviewing logs, error outputs, and system behavior, and validate cloud-side configurations.
- Escalate product or platform issues to Engineering with detailed reproduction steps and technical context.
- Communicate technical findings to customers clearly and contribute to internal documentation and Help Center content.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in technical support, systems engineering, DevOps, SRE, or a cloud-focused role.
- Strong technical foundation in cloud environments (AWS and/or Azure).
- Proficiency in troubleshooting APIs, authentication flows, permissions, and integration failures.
- Experience working in Linux environments and interpreting logs and system output.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently on ambiguous technical issues.
- English: B2 required.
