TL;DR

Customer Support Advocate (Admins): Providing expert-level support, guidance, and troubleshooting to small business customers on hirify.global' continually expanding product and service offerings with an accent on software, benefits, payroll, compliance, and HR. Focus on resolving customer inquiries, maintaining product expertise, and contributing recommendations for product and process improvements.

Location: Remote - U.S.A.

Salary: $29.76 to $32.74 per hour

What you will do

  • Answer inbound inquiries from small business customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide expert-level support and guidance to customers around software, benefits, payroll, compliance, and HR.
  • Assist customers with administration, eligibility, and enrollment in benefits and perks.
  • Resolve customer inquiries related to administering payroll and federal and state wage and hour laws.
  • Maintain product expertise on software and be the go-to resource for customers.
  • Contribute recommendations for improving product and processes while advocating for customers.

Requirements

  • Prior experience working remotely preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a contact center environment.
  • Experience using customer support technologies such as Zendesk, Talkdesk, JIRA, and Confluence a plus.
  • A passion for delighting customers and helping people, with a tendency towards compassion and empathy.
  • Excellent customer service skills and strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A quiet environment and stable internet connection for remote employees is expected and strongly encouraged.

Nice to have

  • Experience in benefits, payroll, HR, or adjacent industries.
  • Spanish language capability, or other second language at business conversation level.
