Salary: $133,440 - $166,800

What you will do

• Lead development of key features related to member billing within the Financial Hub, partnering with engineering, design, operations, and finance to scope, build, and launch high-quality functionality through an agile sprint process.
• Work closely with a Senior Product Manager to define the roadmap, ensure alignment across the Financial Hub, and coordinate with the Claims & Eligibility team.
• Review product outcomes, member behaviors, and collections trends to generate insights that shape and influence the roadmap.
• Design hypotheses, set up A/B tests, interpret results, and iterate to improve member billing flows and outcomes.
• Balance collections improvement with member experience, ensuring improvements don’t introduce friction or frustration for users.

Requirements

• 2–3+ years of product or project management experience
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making
• Strong experimentation skills, including hypothesis generation, A/B testing, results analysis and iterative development.
• Exceptional communication, organizational and collaboration skills
• Strong writing and language skills
• Passion for mental health and a commitment to improving access to care
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience working on products related to revenue cycle management
