GTM Strategy Manager (SaaS): Leading the development of sales growth plans, including revenue targets, headcount, and segmentation plans, and refining quota & incentive models for GTM teams with an accent on pipeline modeling and measurement metrics. Focus on driving growth, market penetration, and customer acquisition through data-driven insights and recommendations.

Location: Remote within the United States or from the NY hub.

Salary: $122,000 - $288,000 USD (SF/NY Hub)

What you will do

  • Lead the development of sales growth plans, including revenue targets and headcount planning.
  • Own and rebuild the pipeline model, working with sales, marketing, partnerships, and self-service teams.
  • Reimagine the GTM model and measurement metrics to keep pace with the changing product portfolio and sales motion.
  • Lead short and long-range special projects to scale the business and exceed ARR goals.
  • Work closely with GTM teams to ensure a unified approach to market penetration and customer acquisition.
  • Work closely with C-suite and senior leadership, providing data-driven insights and recommendations.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in strategic planning, sales operations, business development, or a related role in the SaaS or technology sector.
  • Ability to build a vision, strategy, & plan that can scale quickly in a large B2B business.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build financial models and translate data into actionable insights and business cases.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and with senior leadership.
  • A growth mindset, with a passion for learning and continuous improvement.

Nice to have

  • Experience with PLG SaaS sales motions.
  • Prior experience in consulting OR investment banking / PE.
  • Experience manipulating and analyzing complex datasets using SQL and/or Python.
  • Experience with BI Tools (Tableau, Looker, Mode etc) or a willingness to learn on the job.
  • International scope and experience.
