Salary: $110,500–$152,000 USD (annual base pay)

What you will do

• Own GTM tooling strategy and roadmap, ensuring tools are optimized for usability, scale, and effectiveness.
• Oversee systems project lifecycles from intake through to completion, partnering cross-functionally.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand needs, address pain points, and prioritize requests.
• Maintain documentation, training materials, and best practices guides.
• Establish yourself as a key resource for best practices and industry standards around scaling through tools.

Requirements

• At least 4 years’ experience in Program Management or Business Systems roles.
• Proven experience managing GTM tools (e.g., Salesforce, BI tools).
• Strong personal passion for technology and leveraging it to maximize productivity.
• Ability to balance immediate needs with a future vision and manage ambiguity.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for senior stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented and process-driven mindset, excelling at documenting processes and managing projects.
