What you will do

  • Lead the execution of brand marketing campaigns from insight to evaluation.
  • Manage hirify.global’s brand media program and develop media strategies across the full funnel.
  • Develop media plan recommendations and oversee media buying across channels like CTV, OOH, audio, publishers, display, and paid social.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to ensure brand representation across content types and channels.
  • Partner with marketing teams to drive key campaigns and ensure cohesive messaging.
  • Analyze data to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize performance.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in brand marketing, ideally with half in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing and executing large-scale advertising campaigns across brand media channels (OTT/CTV, streaming audio, OOH, publishers, paid social).
  • Experience guiding multi-disciplinary and cross-functional marketing teams.
  • Strong analytical skills, with advanced proficiency in spreadsheets and BI tools (Looker, Tableau).
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking and tactical execution.
  • Clear and succinct written communication, comfortable presenting to executive audiences.
  • Thrive in a fast-moving growth stage environment with ambiguity.
