What you will do
- Identify and nurture opportunities to build and foster pipeline, close short-term Cloud monthly contracts, and manage annual committed spend arrangements.
- Articulate and evangelize the vision and positioning of both the company and products to promote innovation around hirify.global Cloud.
- Track customer details including use cases, decision criteria, next steps, and forecasting in Salesforce.
- Contribute to the user and developer community by engaging in affinity meetups and driving hirify.global-specific meetups in key metro cities.
Requirements
- 4-6+ years of experience with Open Source software business models and proficiency in Cloud and Infrastructure software.
- Recent experience working with GenAI or AI Native companies.
- Strong business acumen and technology focus with outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Passion for building long-lasting customer relationships and working cross-functionally within a diverse team to deliver outstanding results.
Nice to have
- Sales experience with cloud SaaS, data analytics, and/or observability solutions.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a track record for delivering results in fast-moving environments.
- Experience effectively working remotely in a global, distributed organization.
