Head of Product Design (Fintech): Leading the design team in APAC & ME, building and optimizing platforms for trading stocks, shares, leveraged products, futures & options, and crypto with an accent on design systems, UX/UI, and iterative prototyping. Focus on attracting new customers, disentangling complex data workflows, and ensuring high autonomy and collaboration within cross-functional teams.
Location: Hybrid working model with 3 days in the office. Must be based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

What you will do
- Own the entire design process, from ideation to implementation, covering UX, UI, and prototyping.
- Build and maintain a scalable Design System and supporting framework to be applied across multiple countries.
- Prototype, test, and iterate design ideas at pace, incorporating learnings from user testing and research.
- Collaborate closely with product owners, developers, and other UX and product designers to create a highly efficient delivery team.
- Lead, coach, and support a team of designers across APAC & ME markets, bringing thought leadership to the design process.
Requirements
- 7+ years’ experience delivering global products in a similar large-scale product-led environment.
- Slick, thoughtful, and flexible design skills, including typography, grid systems, and cross-platform UI.
- Strong appetite for complexity, for thinking about data, numbers, forms, and for disentangling workflows associated with managing and consuming data.
- Ability to create working prototypes and demonstrate interactive design solutions.
- Proven track record of delivering conceptual work and experience in creating and maintaining design systems.
- Excellent presentation, storytelling, and communication skills.
- Must be based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and adhere to a hybrid working model with 3 days in the office.
