What you will do
- Support the definition and delivery of features for a single feature team focused on credit card eligibility.
- Own initiatives from ideation to live, translating complex ideas into clear features and stories.
- Prioritise the backlog based on value, feasibility, and usability, communicating rationale clearly.
- Collaborate with Customer Journey Managers, UX Designers, and business stakeholders to enhance customer experiences.
- Ensure governance and compliance requirements are met for your features.
- Take ownership of smaller initiatives related to pricing, products, eligibility, and applications within larger journeys.
Requirements
- Experience as a Product Owner/Manager working on consumer-facing products.
- Ability to work with data teams and apply a data-centric approach.
- Strong understanding and practical application of agile principles.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with multiple stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex ideas into clear, actionable tasks for delivery teams.
- English: B2 required.
