Talent Experience Specialist (HR)

Talent Experience Specialist (HR): Ensuring smooth onboarding and enhancing employee engagement and retention within project teams with an accent on performance management, career growth, and proactive conflict resolution. Focus on improving company-wide HR workflows, guiding individual development plans, and collaborating on training programs.

Location: Hybrid in Kyiv, Ukraine. The company also has offices in Warsaw.

What you will do

• Oversee onboarding processes and improve company-wide workflows for new hires.
• Conduct one-on-one meetings with project teams, acting as their main point of contact.
• Support initiatives to enhance talent retention and employee engagement while promoting company values.
• Assist managers with performance reviews and feedback discussions.
• Guide project teams in goal setting and Individual Development Plan (IDP) development.
• Collaborate with managers and the L&D team to identify skill gaps and provide training programs.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in HR, People Partner position, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of onboarding, performance management, and the talent lifecycle.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships at all levels and a proactive approach.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, international environment.
• English proficiency: Intermediate or higher.
