What you will do

• Manage and grow hirify.global’s core broker base and Gross Written Premium (GWP).
• Propose and negotiate price, coverage, and terms for insurance policies.
• Solicit and analyze risk within hirify.global’s guidelines and service existing renewals and new business portfolios.
• Collaborate with cyber analytics, product, and marketing teams to ensure brokers receive the best hirify.global offers.
• Work with technology and data teams to create tools to enhance the underwriting process.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an underwriter or account executive in cyber liability, Tech, Media E&O, Miscellaneous E&O, or other specialty commercial insurance.
• Solid knowledge of specialty commercial underwriting, and insurance industry theories and practices.
• Strong technology affinity, with the ability to work with advanced analytics software.
• Technical background, including understanding of DNS, IP addresses, ports, databases, and WHOIS records.
• Clear, concise communication style.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic tech environment.
• English: B2 required
