What you will do

• Design, implement, and support ETL/ELT processes to move and transform data between various systems.
• Contribute to the development of the analytics platform.
• Collaborate with software engineers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into effective data solutions.
• Implement and support ad-hoc data extraction requests and business reporting.
• Extract and transform raw data to structured data marts.

Requirements

• Understanding of data lake/DWH architecture, OLAP/OLTP.
• Experience with Airflow or similar orchestrators.
• Strong understanding of RDBMS, with proven proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and performance tuning for OLAP/OLTP systems.
• Practical knowledge of Python (1–2 years).

Nice to have

• Computer science degree.
• Practical experience with reporting and analytics tools such as Superset, Tableau, Power BI, etc.
• Knowledge of streaming platforms and tools like Kafka, Kafka-Connect, Kafka-Mirror.
• Understanding of database replication, clustering, and distributed systems.
• Experience working with large volumes of data and databases.
• Experience with monitoring, quality control, and data validation.
