What you will do

• Manage multiple large-scale, cross-product, and diverse projects and programs.
• Lead projects from inception to delivery and closure, guiding the full project life cycle.
• Manage dedicated project and program teams in a matrix environment, driving seamless cross-product delivery across all phases.
• Drive licensee satisfaction by delivering quality outcomes and managing expectations.
• Communicate project status, risks, and decisions to licensees and internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5–6 years of proven experience as a Project Manager, leading large-scale, multi-product projects in software delivery.
• Experience working with international, customer‑facing projects and stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, practices, and tools; experienced in Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery approaches.
• Solid technical foundation with the ability to bridge business needs and technical implementation.
• University degree (B.Sc.) in Industrial & Management Engineering, Information Technology, Economics, or a related field.
• Professional proficiency in English; reading, writing, and speaking.

Nice to have

• Background in online gaming is an advantage.
• MBA is an advantage.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Monday.com, Jira, MS Project, or equivalent.
