Salary: $120,000– $160,000 USD annually

What you will do
- Lead editorial direction, scripting, and creative development for top-tier content
- Build and manage an internal production rhythm
- Work with internal and external creative partners to deliver premium-quality assets
- Own distribution strategy and execution across various channels
- Build hirify.global’s Content Distribution OS to maximize reach, retention, and visibility
- Maintain and continuously evolve hirify.global’s creative tone
Requirements
- 3–7+ years experience in content marketing, editorial, distribution, creative production, or media-style roles
- A portfolio of high-quality video, editorial, or social content that demonstrates taste and craft
- A “creator meets strategist” hybrid — you can ideate, script, edit, and distribute
- Deep distribution intuition: you think about hooks, packaging, thumbnails, pacing, and algorithms
- Strong writing and editing skills with a crisp, modern voice
- Comfortable leading projects end-to-end with autonomy
Nice to have
- Experience in SaaS, GTM, AI, or technical storytelling
- Experience collaborating directly with founders and executives
