Location: Beijing, China. Employees who live within a 25-mile commute of a non-U.S., country-specific location are expected to work from the office at least four days per week. This expectation is subject to local law and may vary by jurisdiction.

What you will do

• Pioneer research and apply the latest advancements in AIGC and VLM to enhance ad content generation.
• Optimize and scale high-performance systems to handle massive datasets.
• Lead data collection, model training, evaluation, and deployment of advanced image processing and generation algorithms.
• Analyze system performance and identify opportunities based on data analysis and online experiments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, end-to-end solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Econometrics, Computer Science, Electrical or Computer Engineering, or related field AND 4+ years related experience OR Master’s Degree and 3+ years related experience OR Doctorate and 1+ year(s) related experience OR equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of industry experience with a focus on computer vision, image/video generation and editing.
• Demonstrated leadership in the design, data, and training of advanced AIGC models.
• Excellent design and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive communication skills.

Nice to have

• Master’s Degree in Statistics, Econometrics, Computer Science, Electrical or Computer Engineering, or related field AND 6+ years related experience OR Doctorate and 3+ years related experience OR equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of industry experience with a focus on computer vision, image/video generation and editing.
