What you will do

• Develop and enhance ranking algorithms for News & Feeds.
• Design, develop, and implement recommendation algorithms to deliver product features and drive user engagement.
• Optimize existing recommendation algorithms by incorporating advanced machine learning and generative AI techniques.
• Innovate in advanced AI solutions and recommender systems.
• Perform data analysis to identify patterns and opportunities to improve recommendation systems.
• Build systemic solutions and models to optimize user experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree and 4+ years related experience OR Master’s Degree and 3+ years related experience OR Doctorate and 1+ year(s) related experience in Statistics, Econometrics, Computer Science, Electrical or Computer Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in recommender systems, search engines, or online advertising.
• Strong expertise in machine learning algorithms, generative AI, large language models (LLMs), statistics, and data mining techniques applied to personalization.
• Proven problem-solving abilities and a track record of thriving in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Proficient in Python programming.

Nice to have

• Master’s Degree and 6+ years related experience OR Doctorate and 3+ years related experience.
• Experience in C# or C++.
