What you will do

• Execute network change activities in line with process and change management best practices.
• Actively support regular governance, program reporting, and volume tracking.
• Collaborate effectively with peers and wider teams following BT values.
• Maintain professional relationships with key customers and suppliers.
• Champion the use of automated tools, continually improving them to reduce manual effort.
• Own and drive Continuous Improvement (CI) items to deliver customer benefits.

Requirements

• Good knowledge/understanding of the 21CN Network.
• Experience working in line with processes and procedures.
• Good stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to be a subject matter expert in your assigned project.
• Continuous contribution towards project improvement and proactive driving of complex issues.
• Effective communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in Network Integration/engineering.
• Quality and delivery management experience.
