Salary: $157,500–$220,000/year base, with an expected On Target Earnings (OTE) between $315,000–$440,000/year.

- Lead your team to evangelize net-new business and expand relationships within the customer base.
- Act as a front-line leader, addressing customer problems across various industries.
- Prepare for and participate directly in customer-facing engagements.
- Directly impact customer success, team development, and the overall success of hirify.global.
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of proven experience within Sales.
- At least 3 years of experience managing a team of Midmarket / Scale sales executives.
- Proven ability to recruit, retain, inspire, and develop top talent.
- Strong business acumen and ability to engage with multiple customer personas.
- Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Up-to-date on digital and application trends, especially in the mobile space.
