Sales Director (SaaS): Managing and developing a team of Scale Account Executives for a market-leading Customer Journey Orchestration platform with an accent on driving net-new business and expanding customer relationships. Focus on addressing customer problems across multiple industries, preparing for customer-facing engagements, and impacting customer success and team development.

Location: Austin, United States. This position is open to candidates based in the United States.

Salary: $157,500–$220,000/year base, with an expected On Target Earnings (OTE) between $315,000–$440,000/year.

What you will do

  • Manage and develop a team of Scale Account Executives focused on customer journey orchestration.
  • Lead your team to evangelize net-new business and expand relationships within the customer base.
  • Act as a front-line leader, addressing customer problems across various industries.
  • Prepare for and participate directly in customer-facing engagements.
  • Directly impact customer success, team development, and the overall success of hirify.global.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years of proven experience within Sales.
  • At least 3 years of experience managing a team of Midmarket / Scale sales executives.
  • Proven ability to recruit, retain, inspire, and develop top talent.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to engage with multiple customer personas.
  • Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Up-to-date on digital and application trends, especially in the mobile space.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience in a startup technology company.
  • Prior experience selling Mobile or Marketing Technology.
  • Prior vertical expertise.
