What you will do
- Serve as a strategic partner to clients, driving product adoption, return on investment, and long-term success.
- Manage a portfolio of clients with a focus on Payer Contracts, Claims, and Claim Scrubber products.
- Evaluate client use of the Claims and Contract Manager product suite, recommending best practices and configuration improvements.
- Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) showcasing ROI, adoption metrics, and strategic opportunities.
- Act as the product expert for the Contract Manager product suite, driving adoption and measurable outcomes.
- Strategically partner with internal teams for issue resolution and enhancement requests.
Requirements
- 5+ years' experience in healthcare IT and revenue cycle management required.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Background in change management and strategic client engagement.
- Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
- Ability to accommodate travel up to 20-25% to client sites.
Nice to have
- 3+ years' hands-on experience with hirify.global Health's Contract Manager and Claim Scrubber solutions.
- 1+ year' expertise with AI from a Claims perspective (pre and post adjudication).
- Epic expertise.
