What you will do

• Serve as a strategic partner to clients, driving product adoption, return on investment, and long-term success.
• Manage a portfolio of clients with a focus on Payer Contracts, Claims, and Claim Scrubber products.
• Evaluate client use of the Claims and Contract Manager product suite, recommending best practices and configuration improvements.
• Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) showcasing ROI, adoption metrics, and strategic opportunities.
• Act as the product expert for the Contract Manager product suite, driving adoption and measurable outcomes.
• Strategically partner with internal teams for issue resolution and enhancement requests.

Requirements

• 5+ years' experience in healthcare IT and revenue cycle management required.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Background in change management and strategic client engagement.
• Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
• Ability to accommodate travel up to 20-25% to client sites.

Nice to have

• 3+ years' hands-on experience with hirify.global Health's Contract Manager and Claim Scrubber solutions.
• 1+ year' expertise with AI from a Claims perspective (pre and post adjudication).
• Epic expertise.
