What you will do

• Participate in Information Security Engineering initiatives and day-to-day activities.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements within Information Security Engineering workflows.
• Review, research, and analyze basic to tactical security assignments or challenges.
• Evaluate alternatives and recommend solutions for low-to-medium risk deliverables.
• Provide security-related information and support to client and internal personnel.
• Develop an increasing understanding of enterprise security controls, governance, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• 2+ years of Information Security Engineering experience or equivalent demonstrated through professional work, consulting, military experience, or education/training in cybersecurity or related fields.
• Experience with machine learning.
• Experience working with datasets.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with enterprise information security frameworks, controls, or risk management practices.
• Experience supporting security operations, engineering, or governance initiatives.
• Exposure to compliance or regulatory environments (e.g., financial services, healthcare, or large enterprises).
