TL;DR

Location: Hybrid, encouraging time in offices in Leicestershire or London, UK. Fully remote working is not available.

What you will do

  • Lead high-impact, cross-functional delivery for customer-facing product launches and operational changes.
  • Run end-to-end delivery from scoping through go-live, ensuring realistic and outcomes-driven plans.
  • Facilitate requirements discovery across impacted teams, clarifying needs and ownership.
  • Build and maintain project plans, workstreams, dependencies, timelines, and RAID logs.
  • Keep projects moving by chasing actions, unblocking issues, and escalating risks early.
  • Own and evolve the roadmap for key back-office systems, translating needs into clear user stories.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in delivery management, project management, or programme delivery within a tech business.
  • Confidence leading complex, cross-functional delivery on customer-facing product rollouts.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience working with or improving back-office systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, HRIS, finance tooling).
  • Practical, organized approach to delivery planning, documentation, and risk management.
  • Natural instinct for building process and operational maturity in fast-moving environments.
