What you will do
- Guide customers through onboarding, providing comprehensive training and support.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as their primary point of contact.
- Drive product adoption and usage by identifying key features aligned with customer goals.
- Foster engagement through regular check-ins, new feature updates, and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
- Collaborate with Sales teams to ensure customer renewals and explore upsell opportunities.
- Monitor customer health, identify potential risks, and advocate for customer needs internally.
- Track and analyze customer success metrics, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management.
- Strong relationship management, communication, and presentation skills.
- Experience in driving product adoption and customer engagement.
- Ability to analyze customer success metrics and identify risks.
- Must be based in Mumbai, India.
- Ability to travel frequently to meet with customers in person.
