Salary: $155,500 - $230,500 USD annually (SF/NY Hub)

What you will do
- End-to-end ownership and accountability for new business strategy across hirify.global Weave.
- Attract, hire, and retain the best commercial talent to scale the hirify.global Weave Sales Team.
- Participate in customer and prospect meetings; coach your team.
- Lead weekly forecast meetings and mentor the Sales team on strategies to help exceed their goals.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure they understand and can service the needs of the market and members in the region.
Requirements
- Proven track record of leading successful and consistent sales teams.
- 8+ years of sales experience (preferably within SaaS) with 3+ years of management experience.
- Understanding of the technical and competitive landscape.
- Ability to thrive in a constantly changing and evolving environment.
- Excitement for increasing customer happiness and developing lasting customer relationships.
Nice to have
- Experience using or working with node-based design tools.
- Experience with Command of the Message or MEDDIC sales methodology.
