What you will do

• Own product roadmaps and define a winning vision and strategy for your product portfolio.
• Inspire and coach a team of product managers, guiding them in creating roadmaps and prioritizing investments using data-driven analysis.
• Deeply understand and evangelize the needs of the application security market and create strategies to win in these segments.
• Collaborate with R&D leadership to build game-changing products for customers.
• Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Support to successfully deliver products and ensure a great end-to-end customer experience.
• Be a thought leader within and beyond company products, experiences, and technologies.

Requirements

• Extensive software product management experience, preferably in creating products for developer and/or application security teams.
• Experience leading remote teams leveraging strong organizational skills and a history of process innovation.
• Thorough understanding of product management skills, agile/scrum best practices, and an ability to teach to others.
• Passion for and ability to understand customer needs and deliver unparalleled solutions.
• A track record for building products on time and within budget.
• Excellent strategic thinking and prioritization skills, with the ability to create winning roadmaps while making difficult trade-off decisions.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional teamwork skills.
• Comfortable in a highly visible position interacting with customers and internal stakeholders to formulate business strategies and shape product direction.
