What you will do

• Own day-to-day HR operations across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee changes.
• Support a diverse workforce including employees, EORs and contractors.
• Maintain accurate employee data and documentation across HR systems.
• Support payroll inputs, benefits administration, and recurring HR operations across multiple countries.
• Act as a first point of contact for employee HR questions and operational requests.
• Ensure HR processes are compliant, consistent, and well documented.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in HR Operations, People Ops, or a similar role.
• Experience in a startup, scale-up is a plus.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Clear communicator.
• Proactive, reliable, and solution-oriented.
• Fluent in French and English.
