What you will do

• Assist in developing data-driven omnichannel analytics plans and reporting key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Develop tabulations and summaries using Excel/VBA, Tableau, BI, and SQL.
• Write SQL queries to extract, merge, and prepare granular and aggregated datasets for analysis.
• Perform data processing and advanced statistical analysis/modeling using R/Python.
• Provide preliminary insights through data analyses and visualization for various datasets.
• Create compelling, insightful data-driven presentations under supervision for stakeholders.

Requirements

• Education: BTech + MBA/MTech or B.pharm/MPharm/PharmD with analytics certifications.
• Minimum 1-2 years of Analytics experience.
• Proficiency in Excel/VBA, Tableau, BI, SQL, R, and Python for data analysis.
• Strong quantitative abilities and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate business questions into analytics problems and engage stakeholders.
• Basic knowledge of consulting methodologies and the life sciences market.
