What you will do
- Administer, configure, and maintain the Dynamics 365 F&O platform.
- Manage user access, security roles, permissions, and compliance.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues across modules.
- Support functional teams with configuration changes, testing, and data management.
- Coordinate releases, updates, and integrations with other business systems.
- Document system changes, configurations, and operational procedures.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a Dynamics D365 F&O Administrator or similar role.
- Strong understanding of Finance & Operations modules, workflows, and configurations.
- Hands-on experience with security setup, environments, LCS, and system monitoring.
- Ability to troubleshoot functional and technical issues.
- Solid knowledge of data management frameworks (DMF), import/export processes, and batch jobs.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
