What you will do

  • Develop the assigned country, territory, or region by converting leads into clients and establishing business relationships with new partners.
  • Actively seek out trading professionals on social and professional platforms to engage them as clients or partners.
  • Find effective local marketing channels to promote the company and its products.
  • Assist in onboarding trading clients, affiliates, and other partners, working closely with customer support to provide an impeccable user experience.
  • Build and maintain solid relationships with prospective partners and work to retain and reactivate clients and partners.
  • Conduct regular market and competitor analysis and provide feedback on the customer journey to management.

Requirements

  • FX/CFD and online trading industry experience is a must, with preference towards individuals with experience or connections in the MENA region.
  • Experience in a Sales position.
  • Fluent Arabic and English languages knowledge is required.
  • Client-focused with excellent customer service, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to influence and persuade a mutually beneficial outcome for the company and the client.
  • Dynamic, self-motivated, competitive, and a strong desire to succeed.
